Are you new and just getting started with Internet Marketing?
If so then your first step is to focus on building a subscriber email list. And to build a great list you must first start with a great squeeze page.
What is a squeeze page? A page that is setup to collect a name and email. And I mean only name and email. Nothing else. Keep all external links off the squeeze page
But there is a few steps you can work on to make sure your squeeze page is setup correctly.
1. Use the the proper keywords on your page. Keywords will be your starting point for the search engines. The more unique your keywords are the better chance you will be ranked high. Once your in the top 10 of google then expect a ton of traffic to your website.
2. The headline needs to jump out and grab you. I like to spend around 70% of my time working on the headline. The headline is what keeps the readers on your page. Here are a few examples

________ on Demand
______ from anywhere.
______ from your home.
A marriage of _______ and ___________.
_______ for any occasion

3. Keep your visitors focused on the page and a list of benefits will keep them there. Give a list of what benefits your product will have for the people who come to your page. 5-6 will do just fine, just don’t over due it. Pick the best ones and place them under the headline.
4. After your benefit bullets, its time to talk about the giveaway. Your goal is to get an email, but you must give something in return for that email. An ebook, 7 day course, or a manual will be great simple giveaways.
5. End your squeeze page with the call to action. This is the place you ask for the name and email. Once this email is submitted then your page can redirect over to your sales offer. In the background let the autoresponder send out the free gift and other quality information.
I use aweber to handle all my autoresponder emails. What is best about aweber is all the emails get into the inbox of the each users. This is important because most email that looks unsolicited will end up in the junk folder.
